Delivery Time: 4–5 working days (within Pakistan)

Dia by Nadia currently delivers across all major cities in Pakistan including but not limited to:

- And all other cities across Pakistan

Please note that deliveries to remote or hilly areas may take additional 2-3 working days.

DELIVERY PROCESS

Step 1: Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and estimated delivery date.

Step 2: Order Processing

Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days. We will prepare and pack your items with care.

Step 3: Shipment & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/Email. You can track your parcel real-time using this tracking number.

Step 4: Delivery

Our courier partner will deliver your package to the address you provided. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

Important: When you receive your parcel, always take a picture of the shipping slip attached on the courier bag for order and payment reference. This helps with smooth processing of any future claims.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays
- Tracking details will be sent to you once the order has shipped
- We ship only within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time
- Ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery delays
- Please provide your contact number for smooth delivery coordination

Dia by Nadia accepts the following payment methods:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
   • Available across Pakistan
   • Pay the courier when the parcel arrives
   • No additional charges

2. Credit/Debit Card
   • Visa, Mastercard accepted
   • Secure payment gateway
   • Instant confirmation

3. Bank Transfer
   • Direct bank transfer to our account
   • Details provided after order placement
   • Processing: 1-2 working days

4. EasyPaisa/JazzCash
   • Available for all Pakistani customers
   • Secure mobile payment
   • Instant confirmation

5. Online Banking
   • All major Pakistani banks supported
   • Secure and encrypted

SECURE PAYMENT

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels. Your payment information is protected and will never be shared with third parties. We comply with international payment security standards.

For COD orders, no payment is needed at checkout. You will pay the courier upon delivery.

BILLING ADDRESS

Your billing address must match your payment method details. Incorrect billing information may result in payment failure. You can use a different delivery address if needed.

ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

- Orders can be cancelled before processing (within 1-2 hours of placement)
- For COD orders, you may cancel anytime before delivery
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 working days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

We cannot deliver to:

- PO Boxes
- Business addresses without clear location details
- Addresses in conflict areas (as communicated by courier partners)

If you don't receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately with your order number and tracking details.

DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT

If your item arrives damaged due to courier handling:

1. Report immediately via WhatsApp with pictures
2. Our team will verify and approve replacement
3. Dia by Nadia will bear all return and new delivery charges
4. No deduction from refund for damaged items
